What’s your CPU/GPU usage? Does it happen more often during Chaos Dungeons?

If the problem persist once you have tried all the steps, I recommend you to contact our support team by creating a web ticket to help you further with this problem.
Also please make sure to shared the DxDiag once you have reached support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

After the new update I also have problems with dc and lags. I did everything that support wrote. I sent xdiang, verified, everything. I never had problems before. I have a gaming PC, it won’t be a problem there. My internet is very good. The problems are regular in the evening when more people are playing. approx. 20-22 hours. My friends from the game are having the same issues so it can’t be a problem with my computer. Because if we have the same problem, at the same time, and we each live in a different part of the country, then it must be a game problem. Arena is almost unplayable with these issues. And I’m not used to lag because it’s never happened before. The problems started with the new update.

what driver version you have? i had the same issue it got fixed after Adrenalin 23.3.1
from my research drivers 22.5.x and 23.x.x are stable, anything in between can hard freeze your game, apparently AMD had issues with directx 11 with drivers in between the ones I mentioned.
