Game keeps crashing during Ealyn's rapport quest

Game keeps crashing during Ealyn’s rapport quest, when using the quest item to enter Ancient Elveria the game crash during loading screen. Now my character’s stuck in a loop, game would crash again while trying to load Ancient Elveria. I already tried validating the game and start steam as administrator, but nothing seems to work. Please relocate my character to a different location.
I am offline.

I contacted Lost Ark Support via web ticket and they were able to resolve the issue.

Thanks, I’ll be telling others to do the same.
