Game not allowing me to purchase

I click the Buy Now button and a loading starts underneath the “Get more Royal Crystals” pop-up. After a few seconds, it goes back to normal as if nothing happened.

I’ve tried with multiple characters.
I’ve restarted the game
I’ve restarted game + Steam
I even went to steam account details to remove my saved information and payment method
I also have funds on my Steam account - which I added just to try a different method.

I’ve purchased before, so this is a new issue with the game… or maybe my account?
Would love some help!

Seems like mine is already unchecked. So I’m guessing it isn’t that?

Edit: I’m currently checking all the other items in the additional list you provided (Discord, GeForce, etc)

Unfortunately others said also that this was not a fix that helped them. If none of those things work for you, I hope you end up getting your issue resolved. It is maddening, and seems silly to have to do any of this. I had no issues making purchases until the update happened.

It fixed it. I turned off Discord Game Overlay and turned on Steam Overlay and it’s working!

Just to encapsulate:

STEAM OVERLAY ISSUES:
Steam Settings - In Game overlay ENABLED
Steam > Library > Lost Ark > Properties > In Game Overlay ENABLED
Discord Overlay DISABLED
GeForce Experience - Overlay DISABLED
GameOverlayUI.exe - Run as Administrator UNCHECKED

If you are getting a Failure Message when trying to purchase, then you will need to engage Steam Support.

If the Steam Wallet never pops up, it is NOT Lost Ark, it is the Overlay in one way or another.

If NONE of these things helps, Some people have had luck enabling the -windowed borderless setting for launching the game, although I cannot verify that works. None of my troubleshooting showed that to work.

All of that said, I hope you find a solution that works for you.
