I bought a skin and because of my hair the character is bold. Nobody from AGS / SGR cares. Good luck though!

Thank you very much for bringing up your current problem to the table and I do apologize about the unexpected experience you had within your play-through.
Lamentably we are not able to re-grand another Appearance Customization Ticket since it was used on your end.
Now, if in a case it is a bug, consequently our dev team will work on it and thereby bring a fix at some point.
Iām sorry for all type of inconveniences and problems this issue may have caused you without mention the bad experience you have gone through.
I hope this information granted you gives a great and helpful insight.
