Like many others, I was mid-run on Valtan HM Gate 1 when NA-West servers abruptly crashed Saturday afternoon, 5/28.
Now, like the other players who grinded to to be able to enjoy the hardest content in the game, I am locked out for the week on the one character I have that can run it.
The fact that this is even possible is truly mind-numbing, to think that any game would be coded so you’re kept out of weekly content (the content with the best rewards in the entire game for progression) because its own backend failed miserably.
Give out re-entry tickets to those affected, I could not care less about 3 days crystalline aura to make up for shit like this.
