for the last couple of days I have been having issues with Lost Ark randomly freeying in random places - for example I enter a Guardian raid and the game would constantly crash and freeze at the same place, however, I could log in to a different character and play him in a different zone without any forseeable issues. I had this happen in mainly Legion Raids over the last days, but am now expieriencing it in Guardian raids as well.
I have already been through the standard fixes, like validating game files, updating drivers etc.
If anybody has experienced that issue before and knows a fix to it, that would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:

Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
