Game still kicking me out with EAC Disconnect Error

It’s been going on for a while now but I’m CONSTANTLY having EAC error that keeps kicking me out. It’s random, sometimes after a loading screen freezes, sometimes in a dungeon, sometimes in a boss rush. Plenty of different times it happens.

It’s driving me up a wall. I’ve lost a boss rush ticket to this because I dced right as we killed last wave. My internet is a stable gigabit connection. I updated windows, I updated EAC, I verified game integrity, I reinstalled entire game. Nothing works. :confused:

Anyone else having this issue and figure out a good solution? I really want to enjoy playing but getting kicked to login screen randomly sucks.

I do apologize for this EAC errors you are experiencing, I know how frustrating this can be.

I will recommend you to check the troubleshootings listed on the AGS support page, specially the one encouraging you to forward Ports on your network; instruction for this here.

If you’re still having problems, we need you to contact AGS customer support for further assistance.

Have the dxdiag ready in case they ask for it, instructions for generating a DXdiag:
