Dear Lost Ark Team
Since last update I am experiencing plenty of problems when trying to access to my characters
I have reinstalled game, verifying files, repaired with Easy Anti cheat app and seems that problems are not solved
Most of the times, characters are stuck in loading screen even when using Triports. Other times I received error message related to EAC and also 0PELPWP1F2NT
Open a ticket in amazon support, but no useful help received

I’m so sorry for the problem you are having with the game.
I would like to help you with this issue. I like to know that as you mencioned this happen with you charactarers not just one? And when this happen you can access to the game or the game just stuck in the loading screen? Also this happen in a especific location or its happend to you in any location?

As I said previously, the problem happens with all my characters. Few minutes ago I have tried to access into the game with several characters, and I received the following error messages (see below screenshots)
EAC connection error (Bard)
Loading Screen Stuck (Paladin)
Generic problem
Reinstalled the game, verified files, checked Easy AntiCheat application, Windows Update confirmed, Firewall also. I have never had issues with the game until this last week
As you can imagine it is quite frustrating.

In this case please try to for the your paladin, can you please give me the name of the character, name of the server and the level of the character? In order to move that character to another location to verify if this help you unstuck the character from the loading screen.
Also about the EAC error since you have done all the troubleshooting steps and nothing seems to works please check this post for further details about this situation:

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
Also please make sure you send this link to the agent so we can help you to investigate this issue and see if is related to the Mega Thread, also give them all the information needed. And please let me know how was it!

Yesterday, i reinstalled Easy antiCheat program, and initially it worked for several characters, unfortunately today I have experienced loading stuck for several characters and even EAC connection Error again
