Game won't read my savegame until the end and freezes

After chosing the server and the character I wish to play, the game freezes while in the loading screen. I hear a Windows system sound, and the loading bar freezes. This started to happen last night. My character reached lvl 50. What can I do? thanks

Although you should probably ask this in Game support, you could try to
verify your files and maybe that will get your game up and running again. If not I do advice to post in the #game-support:english-support section of the forum.
