because vote kicking someone isnt the same thing as bullying them.
if someone is in a guardian raid only doing basic attacks (non skills) and you kick them, they cant just say “YOU DONT GET TO TELL ME HOW TO PLAY” and report you.
the moment you do something that is detrimental to the group, the group has the right to choose to kick you out. (this would include not using battle items)
otherwise there would be no reason to even have a vote kick system at all.

30s is too damn high? If it is corrosive and your group has a lot of weakpoint / awakening weakpoint even less. If the mob spawns in 1 out of 6 spawn close even lower.
I always go Guardian matchmaking and just do it like my static runs. I use my V to initiate, use battle items, and at times if things get hectic use pots (that is rare). Don’t care if someone doesn’t use their awakening to initiate their relic buffs, can’t counter (although countering the turtle the dash part is an impressive feat), doesn’t have 5/3, doesn’t have high weapons ilvl, don’t use pots or battle items.
I only kick players who type a lot and afk or just run around like an actual bot.
The whole kicking people off random matchmaking because “the group wants to save time” is dog poop. It just fails in both logic and common sense.
'member when the game was young and everyone collaborated on the spread-out-and-ping method for guardians, and everyone knew to go NESW? Then you started listening to Korean streamers, and look what’s happened.

This is actually a very useful strat on a map like turtle and would save about the same amount of time as a phero. People have just gotten lazy nowadays.
I’ve given variations of the same responses dozens of times now.
Talking in circles with morons that have poor comprehension skills is a waste of my time.
None of the battle item babies are going to understand, none of them are going to have a change of heart, I’ve said what I’ve said and I’m done now.

It doesn’t matter if it’s against ToS or not if AGS doesn’t take a stance either way.
We will only know the true answer if AGS addresses the issue directly with little to no ambiguity.

Had a similar experience as well. 3 dolts in a group assumed my dps bard was useless and called out ‘your penis 3cm’ along with kick votes. I replied ‘your penis 3mm’ after I thrashed their dps with 36% MVP.
I think they adressed it… however by their answer, they dont like kicking players for it,but are not gonna spend the time to police it… however they will address it if theres hostility and harassment towards the player.
Atleast thats how i took it from their responses.

I’d like to thank this forum post ;D so after reading a lot of the comments about this hot topic i decided to go try to solo kunge with only flare , gawd it was a pleasing experience took me 4-5 min , didnt have to deal with nubs that keep freezing you, dont have dps (3x3,4x3) leeching my dps and no comsummable brigade xD. I encourage everyone to do the same and let the comsumable brigade play with the dps leech xD. I personnaly did use those items and didnt care if someone didnt, but seeing the constant drama bout petty things like this was annoying. Again i thank yall for opening my eyes solo kunge is a lot better experience without the drama it involves

Consumable brigade act like they are doing the game a favor and that the game revolves around them, but they aren’t bringing anything except more childish acts and toxicity in MM.

No because not everyone cares about 30s saved from a flare or phero, they would rather save their battle items for actual raids and by the time you click the MM button then you already agreed to do minimum to clear which means battle items aren’t required to beat the fight, but if you start crying because 1 guy didn’t corro trying to kick and afk or taking ur gear off purposely making the run even slower than a no battle items run then I’m sorry you’re the real toxic Clown here.
Go and make your own group with your own set of rules and stop crying over an item in a video game.

Like I said, why would you save for legion raids when Valtan doesn’t need battle items if you don’t cheese, and same goes for Vykas ? That’s what I’m trying to say, your logic is flawed. I don’t care either way. People use battle items ? I will use it. People doesn’t ? I won’t. I don’t care either way.
Because maybe you should start doing Inferno and see how much it burns through ur consumables and realize how joke kung really is, and still trying to force people in MM to use battle items when its not really needed on top of that making drama and going afk and fully griefing. Just stop I don’t care what kind of non sense you try to bring my stance won’t change
If people want to use battle items or not in MM leave them be and keep ur toxicity in Party finder with your own rules/group
