Gear Vanish after Gear Transfer

Hello!

I have +9 Dimensional gear from T3 Chaos dungeon. I was doing some Gear Transferring via the Gear Honing NPC to some higher quality Dimensional gear. I transferred 4 pieces total, 2 of them vanished. They ARE listed in the Gear Transfer tab of the NPC, however they do not exist in my inventory or on my character. My character currently has no Legwear or Shoulders.
There are also pieces of Gear listed in the Gear Transfer tab that I do not possess, unhoned Dimensional pieces that are not in my inventory.

Have you checked your Pet inventory?

Was the gear u transferred to in the storage? If so check there.

It’s 100% in one of your other storages. It removes the gear from your character and the piece is in the same spot where the old +0 piece you transferred to was.

YAY! You saved me. Its in my PET storage. I genuinely have never used it until now… Only have Crystalline Aura from event.
