Gems disappear when moving from Roster storage to character inventory

I have now had a tier 3 lvl 5 and a lvl 6 gem completely disappear when I right-click to move the gem from roster storage to character inventory.

Have you checked your pet inventory like tomyg has suggested?

Yea, I’ve looked in all my inventories and also ensured I didn’t equip it. It just disappeared.

Someone on reddit mentioned the same issue happened but they had it reappear in their roster storage after some time. We’ll see if that happens…
