help pls, i was playing with friends, we were on bingo kakul and just in the last 3 bombs the game kick me out, i dindt manage to log in again in time ang got 0 rewards and didnt get any ticket to do it again

Sorry to know you got disconnected in the middle of a clown raid.
When it comes to timed and ticketed content, there’s an automated system in charge of re-assigning the entry tickets, only in cases of verified server crash/disconnection.
If your disconnection was in fact a server-side issue, You’ll be receiving a re-entry ticket within 24-48 hours max, via in-game mail.
I can’t guarantee that you’ll be receiving the ticket since, again, the process is automated, my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
