The quest before Mountain of the Singing Wind implies I’m getting a horse, but it doesn’t, and I already got a horse from an earlier quest.
Seems like a continuity error?

May be a beta issue - give players mount asap so they can explore the beta faster. I know where we get the mount in this beta is different to the live RU server… but could be a bug / oversight if it’s not intended so worth raising.
