This issue just happened to me on NA East at 4/23 6:10 PM EST. It gave me a 10 min account lock when i tried to log back in too many times.

Edit: looks like everyone on my server(Una) had the same issue. Apparently the server crashed.

Just chiming in to say I’m also having the same problem on east. Tried to log back in and got booted and told my account was locked for 10 mins.

Seems like server crashed. Infinite loading, then disconnected. And “account already logged in” error.

I’m having the same problem on Una East. I used my Bi frost and got stuck on a load screen, now I cant even log into the game. I get to server selection screen sometimes and I get account already in use message.

I am on Una server US-East and tried to use triport to Nia Village only to now be stuck on the loading screen for the last 20+ minutes.

Same issue here, game crashed first then said I was logged in twice or just wouldn’t let me login due to “unknown error”.

The issue appears to have subsided but the servers are still a little wonky.

Servers are still fucked, I logged in , used a triport to do a daily una task, have been stuck loading Seaswept Woods (tortoyk Lopang daily) for 10 min. If I alt f4 again ill have to wait an hour to try again.

Yes NA East is having same issue. Azena server. I just got locked out after I had to force quit the game for locking me in a black screen now my account is locked for 10 mins.

bumping this, happened to me aswell, azena east had to force quit due to freeze and now stuck with already logged in error.
