Getting disconnected from the server. Exiting the game
[W0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT], every 10-20 mins.
Server EU West - Moonkin
Running Windows 11 Pro. Yes ive checked to make sure all drivers and updates are current. Its not a firewall/virus killer issue either. All other games run fine, have checked my trace and its not internet dc.
It only just started happening yesterday, before that everything was fine, played for a week with no issues. Then BOOM constant disconnects all day, even when the server isnt that busy.
I’m sorry that you are getting disconnected from the server, this sounds really annoying and get don’t want anything messing with your playtime.
We can try the following steps to see if they help with the issue:
Close other applications that may be taking up your bandwidth.
Switch to a wired connection.
Restart your router and modem.
Restart your router and modem.
Test your connection for packet loss or buffering.
Disable VPN or proxy services.

Restart your computer and launch steam
Right click the game in your Library, or click the gear icon from the game’s Library page on the far right.
Steam will verify the game’s files.

Same probleme here.
every days i’m disconnected from queue.
Also in Windows 11
server Zinnervale and Neria… same punishment.
Same issue, tried everything, issue just started over the past hour or so.

Same exact issue here, just started for me within the last 2 hours or so. Prior to this morning I had no issues staying connected for 8+ hours at a time. I play on US East - Ladon server and can’t stay online for more than 5min at a time
My ISP is fine. Both myself and my GF keep getting D/Ced with this error. There is no issue on our end, something is up with the game servers.
Same issue here. I think it is on the server side, fixes did not work. Just randomly started happening.

Same here, I have gotten disconnected 10-15 times today. Have not had issues previously.

As an update, i git through to a really helpful CS on the amazon tech report link.
We spent about 30 mins going through various trouble shooting methods including VPNs, changing ip protocols etc. Airways the same issue, in fact the time between DCs got shorter!
They acknowledged it wasnt client side and escalated to their tech team.
As interest the codes that start W are world crashes, which they normally think is client side, and ones that start with G are Game crashes, normally client side.
No fix yet, but they are aware and investigating
just started happening to me out of no where, but certain pages on the web are kinda rocky at the moment as well.

Our whole T3 abyss just crashed stage 3 of Aira’s Oculus. We were doing the typing mechanic and the whole party crashed with an Server Error, (we are all on different internet connections) we reconnected back after the server error just to have out weekly limit reached. RIP
Same issue for me on my PC, but my wife’s PC is fine. Tried everything on the troubleshooting list. Been going on since yesterday.
