Getting Disconnected EVERY 5 TO 7 MINUTES

After this mystic event update my game just CANT stay logged in more then 5 to 7 minutes without kicking me out i get the error of W0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT and the EAC:Offline.

YES I TRIED EVERY TROUBLESHOOT ON THE FORUM
NO I DID NOT WORK NONE OF IT WORKED
YES I DID SENT A TICKET
After some time they asked me for DxDiag document and i DID,
next they asked me the AGS FOLDER TO WHICH I DID NOT FOUND ANYWHERE
and after that i just got ignored, seriously what is going on here last time i quitted the game for months on end because of the same thing and it is still happening after almost a year?
this is so frustrating i love the game, HATE the attention given to this problem here it is nonexistent.

My apologies to know that you have still this error that doesn’t allow you play Lost Ark, and that you didn’t receive a reply in order to help you, I understand how frustrating this is, thank you for providing all the information so far and also the steps that you have tried.

May I ask if you tried the next troubleshooting:

  • Try adding Windows firewall exceptions manually:

Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.

Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.

Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the game is missing from the list, you must add it.

Click Allow another app…, locate and select LostArkLauncher.exe, and then click Add.

Once you’ve done that, make sure that Lost Ark has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.

If you did, please when you have a chance send a web ticket Contact Us | Amazon Games, with this information, extra information you have and also this forums post link, I know it sounds the same reply, but is the correct path, include the dxdiag in your web ticket when you have a chance.

DxDiag report:

Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.

Click on dxdiag.exe.

  • How to find ags folder:

If you are unable to see the AppData directory you’ll need to enable “hidden items” under the view tab in File Explorer.

C:/users/username/AppData/Local/AGS
C:/users/username/AppData/Roaming/AG.

Since something in these folders can and does get corrupted which leads to a myriad of problems that should always be one of your first steps, not uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Additional: You can also just rename the folders from AGS to AGS_TS and when you restart the game both folders will be rebuilt. Keep in mind that one of these folders has all of your game settings such as graphic choices and keybinds which will need set back up again if you delete them.

If this doesn’t work then you can just delete the new AGS folder and rename the updated folder back to AGS.

Just in case investigations can last long 3 days.

We here on forums cannot review any information about investigation or cases due security reasons, but I will be checking this post, so please let me know how was it.

as for the firewall thing i already did, and about the AGS FOLDER i simply isnt in any of the places on the you mentioned, and about the dxdiag, i already sent it too.

Thank for the information so far, did you sent the dxdiag today? if not please as I mentioned send a new web ticket in order to investigate, with the ags folder did you follow the steps I provided just to make sure. If not, doing a research I found this option that helped another player, follow this link and click on “image” in order to find ags folder, last steps.

try sfc scan on cmd i tried on mine and fix the dc somehow some windows files were corrupted on my pc.

after trying sfc /scannow fixed the issue hopefully it does for yours, after scanning make sure to restart your pc and load lostark client again.

Yes i sent the dxdiag today on the ticket i opened today, and about the AGS folder the image i sent above should help, the folder simply doesnt exist on the appata and i enabled the hidden folders as well.
