Hello, sometimes the game disconnects me, it says im already logged in.
My Steam Account is secure, there is nobody logged in from somewhere else.
The message also says if that happens often i can be banned.
I want to ask if other people have the same problem and if im at risk of getting banned when there is not even another guy logging in from somewhere else.

I’m so sorry that you are getting disconnected from the game cause of the account already logged in error.
In this case, can you try to verify the integrity of the game files with steam if you are not have try it yet please.

In this case, I also would recommend you to contact our support team by creating a web ticket to help you further with this problem.
Also please make sure to shared the DxDiag once you have reached support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

I also did that 2-3 weeks ago and didnt receive an answer until today, but i will try it again thanks for the help
I have the same problem
Taskmanager didnt help me here… it didnt show any process running
the tool process manager on the other hand did
after a crash it showd me that the LOSTARK.exe is still running
and cant be shut down because acces denied.
only way to get rid of it is to restart your PC…
this sometimes even happen to me when i exit the game properly
if you have this also then try to shut down the game via steam client not not from inside the game.
so far this did work…
dosnt help when the game crashes tho
