My account encounter this message error a few hours ago after enduring a connection error in my home. First, it appears the error W0x5-0PELPWP1N2NT server connection.
After following the guide at this post, the second time I logged in, the message error become EAC Offline, then I follow the other guide. The third time I logged in, the message then became EAC Offline - Banned.
I thought I might get banned or something and submit a ticket for Amazon Support but they reply that my account are completely fine.
(The support team replies really really fast, +1 for the service)
One of my friend also has this problem, I hope the Support Team can inspect this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

Has anyone gotten a solution to fix this EAC Offline - Banned? I’ve tried everything to troubleshoot as suggested above by @Fenrirskoll. I have not been able to log in after yesterday’s reset. I’ve opened 10+ web tickets and keep getting the same response each time. Are there even real people working on this? This game support seems non-existent.
i got banned perm because try login 2 times after see this? how can i play again?
play around 1-2 hour / 1 days. and get ban because cheatting when try login when i see EAC report.

My account got EAC- Banned error, after I tried trying to login again and also tried restarting my computer my account was locked with reason of Cheating. I emailed the support team but only received an auto-reply message.
He recently just recharge like 12k royal crystal and randomly got perm banned frustrated him so much. Can you please help check out his account for me?
Same thing here. Got that message in the middle of raiding.
Reset my game and got the “BANNED” thing. E-mailed appeals twice to get canned auto-replies and now I am just getting completely ignored.
Looking at the steam charts there was a ban wave and with it came false positives.
Here’s to waiting at least a month until they address this IF we’re lucky. Do not re-enter the game if you get the EAC Offline message, try to resolve it before logging back on because it looks like you’re just indefinitely locked out of the game until they POSSIBLY resolve this.

Once you receive a reply to this appeal via Email you may continue your communication via Email only. Please do not submit multiple tickets as that will only delay a review of your penalty.
In regards to the reason for the ban, you will be informed of the cause in general but no specific details will be volunteered.
