I did the ghost ship 1370, while a party member of a team but did not get any loot and the Una’s task ‘Bleak Night Fog’ was not shown as completed. So now I am unable to do it again today. Please can you fix it so that it won’t happen again or at least help me if there was something I did wrong? I am in EU Central - Antares server and I have item level 1415 ign: Eishogun

If I remember correctly you need to read something first before you go on the ship. Did you do the read part? If not you were in the wrong step of the quest progress and it may the reason it didn’t count. This is pure speculation but I remember the quest worked for me just fine but I also admit that I used my auto complete tickets for it afterwards.
Yes I did that and this was the second time doing the quest and that’s why I was very surprised that this happened. Thank you very much for your help though

I’m sorry to hear about this situation with the Ghost Ship quest.
I will recommend you to always do the quest in the normal order since sometimes this kind of thing can happen on a quest like @Zemo said and we can not confirm this will be always the case but it’s better to prevent.
Now if you are sure you did the steps in the correct order may I ask if you experienced any kind of disconnection during the quest?
I had this happen as well.
My una daily ghost ship didn’t progress, and I got ZERO loot. Everyone else in the group got rewards - I could it listed in my loot chat.
And yes, I did read the note. You can always tell if you’ve read the note because it changes to say, “Defeat the one controlling the ghost ship.”
Which I did.
I am now locked out for a week, and can’t do it again.
Surely the lockout should be applied based on KILLING THE BOSS, and getting credit / loot. not just going on the ship?
Edit. I ended up just using a Una completion pass to get around it and progress for the week - but it seems to be bugged.
I would note, this only has happened to me on the 1370 ghost ship. Being in a group on the other lower ones it has worked fine, in a group or solo.
