Giant Heart skill point on Alt

So my main account has currently 309 skill points. All my alts have 303 skill points meaning I’m missing 2 potions. When I go in the codex, the ones that are not ticked and should be are the reward from the Giant Heart’s collection. If I go to the NPC for the rewards, she doesn’t give me any quest, and obviously I can’t claim it again.
Is it a bug or are those potions not account linked ? Or am I doing something wrong ?

I’m playing on EU Central, Trixion server

Your main is one level higher than your alts, you’re not missing skill potions. (there are 4 potions from giants hearts, neither character has 2/4 of them)
