It still seems necessary to temporarily open the servers a few times over the weekend for a limited time. Incentivizing people to leave with the new founder pack, and taking into account that not many without friends in high-pop servers are going to choose these servers, should give us enough leeway to let our friends/significant others in.
It might not be possible on the servers with 20k+ queues, but for the servers who only had like 2-4k queues, it would be feasible.
