Once you start using gold you will start getting gold aswell.
Well, ya. It’s simply getting the initial gold. I can’t sell anythign on the auction house without gold. It’s a huge roadblock for new players they’ve done to stop bots
it isn’t a roadblock , you get gold from abyss, to get there at first you don’t need gold
Hey, that’s the quest I needed. When I accepted the quest it says the reward is 50 gold. That’s all I needed. Thanks so very much for the quest.

I’m i level 540 & was similar to you zero gold until yesterday, it’s also not easy to get any players to access these low level dungeons people are suggesting. Someone said to me to do Unja daily / weekly but I’ve not received any yet. The odd chaos dungeon when extra room appears but also
after doing 2 chaos dungeon daily, you get currency you can change for sack of gold
if you match make you can find people for those dungeons
the questline I linked if you do it as you level will grant you 800 or so gold and a bunch of battle items
unas are good yes but you should save for the big sack (500 total tokens) it gives more gold

Go read a game guide that will help you a lot. The game at first was really confusing
Just run the abyss dungeon after reset or pretty much anytime after.
A majority of players run it weekly for the chance at legendary cards.
You dont need gold until 540 GS where 5 gold is needed for honing thats all… pro tip do not buy anything really anything in t1/t2 is total waste of money. You will get gold from Abyssals and CDs start saving it.
Those of us who started before you didn’t have anything to buy from the auction house and that’s why we all quit and left you as the highest iLevel person in the game, right?
Have you considered playing the game as it was supposed to be played? You’ll earn gold doing endgame content.
But you should not buy anything in t1/t2 … just do not even look in TP it will be total waste of gold. In t1/t2 on your first character by doing islands u will get enough of everything (+ event) to reach t3.
Some island provides gold.
My advice would be to forget about gold right now tho, specially for gear (SAVE YOUR PHEONS)
For buying engraving books is fine
Do the island mats, that gives you a ton of materials and islan souls

Correction, everyone is doing it in NA and a few does it in EU this is why relic accessories in EU were 5 times cheaper in EU on Valtan release…

If you don’t have access to endgame content the gold income might be difficult
Although I made a google spreadsheet that can help you to make a lot of gold based on market trade until you reach higher levels. I usually make 2K to 5K everyday using this. On big updates you can make way more money (Last update I made 20K gold in 2 days)

Some quests give you small amounts of gold to get started with. Also later on your main gold sources will be abyss dungeons, which you can start doing at ilvl 340 I believe as well as abyss and legion raids but those are way further into T3 content. Also something you can start working on right now is doing Una’s tasks and accumulating the tokens from them, which you can claim after doing enough dailies and weeklies and exchange those tokens for straight up chests of gold
