Gold founders pack - Did not get the 4k crystals

Heya :D.

i made my 2nd charc with my powerpass, activated my Gold pack on him after i was done with everything, got all the items but not the 4k crystals for the ingame shop, its not in the store, or in claimable items or mailbox.

Anything you need from me to Fix this?.

Ingame name - Nedrathion <— with the issue and gold pack.
Main Charc - Nedrath
Server - Zinnervale

I’m glad to know you’re enjoying Lost Ark and that you just created your second character and improved its lvl with powerpass. Also, I understand you’re not able to claim 4k crystals as they are not available anywhere in your account, and I can see how concerning this can be for you. We’re sorry for this situation and be sure crystals are still entitled to your account. To give you more context on this, we’ve received many reports about this issue and our team took note of that and will address it with a client patch being built by Smilegate RPG. More updates will be shared this coming week.

@Zerocs Thanks for the reply, did read the notes you were talking about and waited, now with the new post V2, about issues, it does not state anything about the missing crystals from packs, any news on this? :slight_smile: (it does talk about missing items but not crystals)

Thank you for sharing your character details and for replying back to this thread. I also understand that you haven’t gotten the 4k crystals yet and I’m sorry to know the issue still persists.
I was checking with the team and even though some patches have been implemented, players are still reporting missing items. Items will appear sooner than later as team is working on additional patches and maintenance to mitigate this issue. In the meantime, I suggest checking our official news category to stay up to date on everything Lost Ark.

Some players may still be having trouble collecting certain items and packs from their Product Inventories.

i am wondering if there is any news for the missing crystals from founders packs? i stil only got crystals from my Platinum pack not my gold pack + i did not get any from the bound packs we got from you so in all still missing 5.5k crystals or around that, any news on this issue? :smiley:

Thank you for posting back, your time, details and I hope you’ve been enjoying Lost Ark so far.
I also understand around 5.5k crystals ares still missing and I’m sorry to know this issue is still going to your account. At this stage, we expected most players to have their missing items as various patches were implemented. In your case, I recommend contacting our customer service so we can further investigate.
