how many characters are u farming it with? it is just rng i got it after a long time, although pf courae not this long. u can try to farm it, it can drop without soul collection.
Nope totally normal, Ive been killing deskaluda and kungelanium pretty much daily every since they came out on multiple characters and I still do not have it - its pretty crazy, gotta hang in there brother

I have seen it’s a particularly low drop rate. I have sent feedback to the team that some users find it to be so low, it almost feels bugged.

the chance for it is like 0,00001%.
Drops rates def too low. I got it a few days ago farming it since release with 5 characters
got it after about 10 kunga runs
took me 3 months for me
needed a little more than 160 deskas to get it back then
I guess it’s just luck! Got mine after 12 deskaluda (6 days)
yeah its my last BIS rune i have 4 characters to do desca and turtle, seems like it wont drop, i tried to farm it one night with around 30 runs of turtle, still no drop, i give up.
wow i wonder how lucky some ppl are with that damn rune :(((
I think accounts have some luck in some aspects but can be unlucky in other aspects. Like I’m not so lucky with honing. I failed a lot on main and alts but I can say I’m lucky with drops like galawind or bleed runes, moake star (3 tries when below ilvl,) wildwater/frostfire souls (first time) alteisen (both map and soul in 3 tries) orvis soul (2 tries)
Those luck with island souls helped me greatly as I don’t need to sacrifice my daily field boss for a chance to obtain those souls. I got them all before reaching 1415 on main. Feeling lucky I don’t have to be in Moake jail like some others.
I have 2 friends that are opposite. Terrible luck with those drops but lucky with honing. I guess we can only either go vertical or horizontal? LOL.
I got it at 3-4 runs (Deska). It’s like karma, that I had 3-4 months 100+ runs (Yoho) to get one first epic galewind lol.
I’m still waiting for my legendary bleeding/rage runes, even though Im doing those field-bosses/chaos-portals for months now. 
Took me well over 100, possibly 200 Yoho’s to get the last purple galewind. The drop rate just sucks.
still no legendary rage rune for me and ive done chaos gate almost everytime its available and ive been playing since day 1 i know the feeling

RNG mate RNG. Got it first day when Deskaluda came out.
