Well tbh they don’t need to send you proof. It always works like that:
Character X is a bot/gold farmer/seller
You get gold from X via mail/market/trade/whatever
AGS finds X is a bot/gold farmer/seller
Everyone who traded/is connected to X gets banned.
If you bought gold from any site. Just take it like a man and uninstall the game. If you didn’t write as many tickets as you can.

Is that the only way you know how to farm gold? Youre missing a lot
Im sure devs have access to things like chatlogs, mail logs, and can trace bot mail transactions. So if you didnt rmt or get rmt gold from another player just send in a ticket. Theyll do an investigation, but considering they removed gold its possible an investigation was already done.

Farmed for gold… you mean you sold 1000 fish for fair price of 100 000 gold. It is not your fault that player Fttthjjuuhy wanted this fish so much. Right?

You will receive no sympathy here. We know an RMTer when we see one. If you weren’t doing shady shit, handle it off the forums. But you clearly were, that’s why you’re trying to rally the troops here in a final effort to feel like you didn’t waste your money on fake gold.
Weird rmt also gets a 3 day ban and gold removed from account, sucks that it happened to you a totally innocent non rmter at all definately no way possible type of person.

You clearely don’t know how softwares work, specially the ones hosted in clouds, and I am not the one to teach you how you can track an user’s log and see what he/she did while using the software/game… it is very easy… 
unless Smilegate doesn’t know how to do basic logging, which I don’t think it is the case…
