I contacted customer support more than a month ago and they told me the problem would be solved within the next 72 days (great customer support). I provided the info from the picture and they asked no further question. As I got no news from them I contacted them yet again, just to be told to wait. After waiting and waiting I got tired and contact customer support one more time… They told me after having me waiting for more than 40 days I should provide them the info on the exact date and gold amount if I wanted to recover the lost gold. They waited a WHOLE 40days to told me that. I narrowed it down to a few days, only for them to tell me “they can only pull up game logs from our tool for the last 30 days”. So why on earth would you not give me any kind of response before??
I’ve been as polite as I could but this service is absolute bullshit and still haven’t got any gold back (oh, also I’m still getting the “cannot process…” error every time I check the market). This problem has been reported before on - Cannot process consecutive requests. Please try again later - yet it keeps happening.

In this case the best option would be to reach them directly, or as well reach us via player support using the following link: Contact Us | Amazon Games to create a new support ticket and review your case in more depth.

Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

Contacted them and follow your instructions. They told me they’d contact me again within 48hs, it’s been a week already and I’ve got no news at all.
I also noticed you guys removed the chat option from the website and left only the webticket option which only replies with a useless generic answers like “have you tried restarting your pc or verifying files?”.
Edit: They never solved anything at all, gold was totally lost and they did absolute nothing but putting a bot to answer customer service (you can notice the useless bot giving the same answer twice to this post),
