Yeah on my lowers, do you know the sheer cost of a new player power passive to 1590? It’s around 1.5k-2.5k usd. You assume gate keeping on my main? It’s a alt game, one character is pretty dam expensive compared to other games. And like I said if I have to spend that much to creep my way to the backend of content. There is no hope for a f2p, you can play on 1-3 charactesr that a fact, but unfortunately that starts to fade away as the events starts to dry up and the sheer cost of honing creeps up. We all know it. Taps aren’t going to be 200-700 gold forever for players. What once their at akkan you think 3 alts 4 even is enough gold to even tap for one character?

The only time guild runs occur lately is rare, and dependent on the guild due to lower player base.
Also the chances of your friends doing hardbrel late game 1-6 is almost 0%. Unless they swiped, the sheer cost from 1445 to 1540 ready would require more gold than they can obtain playing one character. And if they were playing one character NO SHOT, if they had 2-3-4 they would have to up those equally. Like I said I went from 1445 to 1540 on one account in 1 month, for 1k usd. In terms of hours played thats like 600-800 hours for normal people. So again without a friend to bring them through, which isn’t avaible for most players. Its likely impssoble to even attempt brel 1-6 without gate keep.

Your telling me, they pushed to hard brel in 4 months, as a f2p new account. That didn’t get gate kept like so many are right now in gate 1-2 without the PLC. Odd, I don’t see many people with sub 100 rosters getting into parties, even in guilds even in my guild. Unless they’re juiced.
Like I say my friend artist main push to 1540, but he saved resources on 6 alts for 2 months to push it. Odd just saying. Know what ill take your word for it, but in terms of gold, your buddies aint a free to play.

They’re at 1540-1550, lvl 6-7 gems, no PLC. I don’t even know why are you surprised the only thing they got stuck with for a long time is completing 5 engravings.
Valtan, Vykas, Kakul, they could all do these raids on their own I don’t think G1-2 would have been an issue either because I don’t “wear” the PLC title and last time I had to pug the party filled up pretty fkin fast so

Oh because the general cost of doing books, gems and accessories and ilvl as a new account starting fresh. Is impossible in terms of gold generation. Given they have to divide their gold into alts. If not even alts, Say they made 15k a week, for 4 week x 4 more for the months. It takes roughly alone 150k-200k to push from 1445 to 1520ish just gold not raw resources. Also the time to generate those resources. Because they would have to push gear, than clown(skippable) into brel which alone gate keeps for 1-2months. From 1520 to 1550 alone would cost you nearly 150-250k just in raw gold. Which is impossible for a new 4 even 5 month account unless they swiped. As they would have to progress slowly since their f2p.
Nah, I just think its disgusting, everytime they release any news people complain. I understand there are many issues with the game, like stability, pheons, bots etc. But for f*ck sake, they release Aeromancer 3 months later than slayer and people are going nuts. Why so much negativity, game afterall is amazing and if you dont like it - dont play it. We all knew more than 2-3 years ago what it gonna be like. The game is extreme grind, gatekeep is a normal thing here and nobody will change that because of whining people… So just deal with that or quit, no solution there

They will indeed quit. However, it’s natural for people to struggle before letting go. Leaving feedback/complaining/crying is just one avenue of that, so it’s to be expected.
If a game doesn’t adhere to any feedback, then there is a chance it fails purely due to that. Will that be Lost Ark? I don’t know. I see a lot of reddit posts with hundreds of upvoted talking about 1560+ players being burnt out and quitting after 3k hours, so things like the Aeromancer not being in line with their letter is moreso a criticism of the devs and AGS than the game itself.
I personally quit WoW for an entire expansion purely due to how the devs ignored every small issue in the prior one.
But yeah, you’re not wrong as a whole; people should/will just quit, possibly over seemingly small things, be it with a forum post or without.

It really isn’t difficult to set up a roster that generates something like 50-60k a week. Once you start doing clown your weekly raids will net you 10k+ gold just from raids alone, you get 5k a week from UNA-s, let’s say 10k from life skills, 1-2k from adventure islands that’s already 30k even if you keep it to the minimum. You don’t have to play picture perfect. You have a shitton of vendors and giveaways to help you even if those numbers were correct which they are for recent meta classes but nowhere near for anything else it’s what 10-20 weeks tops to reach endgame add maybe another 5 weeks for the storyline and horizontal stuff and you are set.
Agree, but dont you think people are snowflakes these days? It really doesnt matter if they release Slayer or Aeromancer first - people would complain anyway, no matter what roadmap would contain.
