- Crystalline Aura disappeared again
- Co-op quests don’t start
- 20-25k+ queues on most popular EUC servers
So what’s the plan now? It’s an absolute disaster.

Then someone do a terrible work because they had a lot of numbers in the first day of early access, they could block the f2p until open the new region.
Dont know why EU always have problems in every fucking game…

They don’t. They have problems in every AGS game and in other games from crappy US publishers.

Asked my husband to put me in the queue at 14.00 (queue 16k). Got home from work around 18.00 and queue was still 9000…Seems like I wont be playing in the weekdays.
I just really hate the fact that I have no freedom when it comes to Lost Ark. I need to wait in queue and when I finally get in, I can’t log out because then there will be another queue.
I am forced sit in the queue to play…and in the weekends, if I want to play I need to wake up early. And then if I need to do some other stuff I need to make sure that my char. moves every now and then.
I would not mind moving to another area, server if I could get to take my things with me. Or at least get a powerpass.
I feel like I have been calm and understanding but I feel like I would like to get a refund soon. If that is even possible.

They didn’t fix anything. Cristalline Aura not in effect for the second time. Still lagging dungeons…
If this continues my 30 day aura will just be wasted and they’ll keep their money…wow.
sooo im almost in after a nice 7 hour q, they obv decreased server cap after last days, this means i will be able to play after these 7 hours right?
i can use matchmaking i will have aura

This is a little bit strange, a friend put me in queue about 15:30, he said was about 14k, and now i’m near to login, 500 to go (Thirian)
The best plan possible , wait till people quit -it is unfortunately realistic solution that doesn’t require more investment from Amazon…
I’m still amazed how unclear, minimal and sometimes not honest at all communication we are getting from the Amazon and community managers.

matchmaking is still broken, been trying to queue in to a guardian raid for the past hour lmao
Playing 18h a day here, already 1323, i can do every dailies on my main + 5 alts, if you are a casual, don’t complain
matchmaking doesnt work at all
I mean… The situation hasn’t improved at all, so the restart did nothing. Queues are even longer on some servers, and matchmaking has been broken since 3PM again. Literally nothing changed with the restart. If you’re saying you’re doing it to ‘help improve the situation’, we should see some improvement.

So i came online 1 minute ago since 4pm in queue and i got no aura and 0 blue crystals? What did they say should be fixed?
I have an idea that might ease it a little.
How about a better incentive to move to EUW. Like give us our fucking crystals we paid for and don’t wanna lose on moving. And better 50 rewards, the “catch up” rewards are a joke.
