@ShieldMaiden Didn’t you say that the reset bug will be fixed with this weekly reset?

We’re still waiting on getting that fix in so we can test it; currently unsure whether we will be ready to release tomorrow. As soon as we know later today, we’ll share an update directly pertaining to the issue.

and what about the constant dcs and random crashes since reaper release?

Why would you expect a dc fix on a regular maint? dc fixes are content so they have to come with the monthly content patch

They don’t have the fix yet. They likely won’t have it for release tomorrow due to not being able to test it. The words “the team is aiming for a fix to be rolled out next week” were carefully chosen for that reason. I hope for those of you affected they do get it solved sooner rather than later.

You need to lock the servers after a ban wave like this one, and only let people who manually apply for a first ever log in. We have so little new players, game is being destroyed completely just because few new people might start playing. LA already has all servers locked in korea, it’s not the first game to do it and wouldn’t be the last, you should consider that option definitely. Only allow real accounts in and close the servers for everyone else. You can display a message for manual application for anyone who doesn’t have any characters created on the server.

the current one is done since 1 week and now we gotta wait another full week for new stuff

We have much worse problem then missing out few vitameows or feathers.

I understand that you guys are still trying to find the fix for the bug, but just want to let you guys know that it’s as disappointing still. This thing had been going on for weeks, a lot of players have been way behind than most of their friends or people they play with. This bug had to be the first priority once people started complaining since it greatly inhibits character progression but the first few days we heard nothing, all silence. Now almost 3 weeks later, and we’re still on the same page. I just hope once you guys found the fix even it’s not on reset day maintenance, and could at least do an emergency maintenance for it.

Not cringe? They can add a second page of rewards so the slowpokes can still get the old ones. In fact they have done it already multiple times in the past.
How about you stop denting and think for more than a second.

So SG didn’t send you the changelog in time?

Currently: CET: 1AM / PST: 4PM / KST 9AM

How much “later today” is it? CET: 3AM / PST: 6PM / KST 11AM?

Is it possible that they are waiting for the last hour of the day and it was not possible to send the patch notes before?

Maintenance begins at 2 AM PT / 8 AM UTC / 9 AM CET and you don’t have the patch notes from SG

Update on the aforementioned reset bug in this thread that some players are experiencing:

Unfortunately this fix will not be ready for release with tonight’s update. The team is going to work on validating it this week and it should be ready to go for next week’s update on 1/18. Once this is ready to go, we will also get a compensation out for players who have been affected by the issue. Apologies for the delay on the fix!
