I do apologize about the faulty experience you had with a college from customer support, now I’m not trying to defend the agent but he may disconnected due to a blackout or internet failure.

What was your problem itself?
Did you contact support back again?

Yes I contacted another support and he was preety helpfull. I have a problem with character which disapeared after first game restart. He got a ticket filled out to technicians but didint get answer from them yet.
