What does this mean? Sender says Lost Ark at the top but description says sender is from somebody else. It seemed like some random person based on their name. The mail also said that the message was “returned at the sender’s request.” Again, what does that even mean lol? I’ve only played the game for about a few weeks but I’ve heard that the game has a very flawed banning system in terms of bots and the auction house, leading to many getting innocently banned. I’ve also heard you can get banned accepting gold via mail. There was nothing claimable in the mail, but not like I planned to anyways, so I immediately deleted the mail because I got worried.
Sounds like you mailed something to someone and they either let it time out or hit Return.
That’s weird. I don’t recall mailing anything to anyone. I’ve only been playing the game casually.
If it contains gold, return.
It’s the bots dangling real players with greed and those who accepted the golds gets permanent ban instead of the bots
Might be an item that dropped during a Chaos Dungeon when your inventory was full?

How do you return a mail? Is it just simply the “Remove” button"? Or am I missing something?
I never had to return a mail yet there should be a button on the mail interface somewhere.
If not, physically go to a mail npc in towns or cities and check mail again for options.
I am constantly getting mailed advertisements from bots about their gold selling sites so I just open and delete it and move on.
They don’t even include any gold in mine.
Just generally ignore any mail you receive from unknown accounts, if they have no reason to be sending you mail then there’s zero reason for you to accept it.
Alright makes sense. I’ll just remove any unknown gold mail that I get from now on then. I’ve played other MMOs that have a similar ban system like this that relates to this “RMT” stuff, so I was more aware of it when I started playing this game a couple weeks ago. I just had to make sure though. Hopefully they do something about this stuff soon, as I can’t imagine the amount of people that can actually fall for this stuff as we speak.
I believe they are working on it, but they are like hydra’s. You ban one and another two pop up.
It is quite a challenge, but I think we will eventually see at the least minimal bots; I don’t think we will ever be truly rid of them as they do exist in other MMOs but hopefully not as prominent.
