last week I lost P3 vykas 3 times with different teams because DC from the server when boss hp like x30-20
I spend HP potions & ww bombs,
spend time & mats for nothing?
I don’t have time to play all raids 5-6 times
and today I pay 800g for argos Bus and got DC before finishing p1 after that our team cant join P2 they kicked me and took my gold!
for that, I make this topic to tell the GM if I got any DC inside any raid ill ask for potions & reward from the raid because my time too
if not impossible tell me that to delete this stupid game
I’m sorry to know that you got disconnected while completing Vykas and Argos these days, I understand how frustrating this is. We have been working this week on fixes to the many disconnections that the players are encountering, there is a post about it in the News section.
Unfortunately at this moment we don’t have a tool or way to give the rewards or re-entry tickets manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.
