Sorry to hear you were disconnected and lost your entry to the Brelshaza Legion Raid.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket is expected to take around 4 hours but could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

It’s been 24h already. Seems game detected it as my ‘local internet issue’ so im fucked up and nothing to do about it. As I said, week ruined. How can a game have a system like this in 2022?

Many of people have already post their concern with not able to obtain their entry ticket after 24 hrs of dc’ed including me.
I know, that’s sad.
