My game often crashes during Legion raids (every time, without fail) and my whole PC restarts. This unfortunately happened today during an Argos run. When it happens during legion raids, I get an entry ticket refund if I don’t make it back in time, but it didn’t happen this time.
As you can see, entry locked, no rewards.

Sorry to know you got disconnected in the middle of a clown raid.
When it comes to timed and ticketed content, there’s an automated system in charge of re-assigning the entry tickets, only in cases of verified server crash/disconnection.
If your disconnection was in fact a server-side issue, You’ll be receiving a re-entry ticket within 24-48 hours max, via in-game mail.
I can’t guarantee that you’ll be receiving the ticket since, again, the process is automated, my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
