I just cleared Fatespire floor 1 - 26, and when I entered floor 27, got DCed.
Then I re-entered the server and cleared 27, got reward only for 27F.
Rewards for 1-26 are gone nowhere.

I’m sorry you did not receive the rewards after the disconnection, I can understand how disappointing it would be.
In this case, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

Thronespire is a one time only reward.
Its not daily or weekly.
He better get the rewards, otherwise this is not a joke - rewards are after all worth what, like 30 - 40k gold ? Thats not a little amount.

Thanks for the comment, but rewards from Thronespire can be claimed only once for each character. This is different from other dungeons or ticket-contents.
However, anyway, I just found that those rewards came through in-game mail right now, so I can say this problem is now solved.
