Well, It’s a shame, almost droping this game. I’m tired of getting dc every single day, but this time i’m rly pissed off.
I just killed the boss from guardian raid 1340 WITH REST BONUS, and got disconected, lost both rewards, and the run counted.

I would like to recieve a ticket to do the guardian raid again, and I know that u’re able to do this, since you do the same with abys dungeon.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content at this time. I apologize for the inconvenience.

So u’re able to re-grant abyss dungeons daily when someone disconects, but you can’t re-grant guardian raids. It doesn’t make sense at all. Good to know that lost ark Support don’t give a shit about the player base.
Got disconect during the content and lost your loot? Lost ark supports be like: Just don’t get disconect next time.

I apologize if there was any misunderstading, at this moment we are not providing any sort of ticket, as you said it would be unfair to do it for some cases and not all, at this very moment we don’t have a way to re-grant access back to the dungeons or raids, I apologize if I wasn’t clear. No, what would be unfair is stopping a players progression due to forces outside of their control? How would be restoring someone’s content that they have worked towards be considered unfair?

Exactly. You are being Unfair, Since you provide tickets for those who get disconects during abyss dungeons, and don’t do the same for those who get disconets during guardian raids.
