I was doing Valtan hard gate 1 when I got disconnected from the game, once I was able to login once again, the boss was already dead and I didn’t get the loot, what’s worse… they gave me weekly cooldown for both gates. This is not the first time this happens to me, last time the same happened during a argos run, from which I sent a ticket aswell, but amazon didn’t do anything and I lost that argos week.
I assume a lot of people has had the same problem because the game always disconnects out of nowhere, what’s funny is that the developers have done nothing to fix this. I hope this time they actually give me the chance to make the valtan run once again, this is so frustrating…

The same thing just happened to me in Vykas gate 2, got disconnected and the boss died, no reward, the gate don’t appears as “cleared” but I can’t enter
I am sorry to hear about your lost entry on getting disconnected on Valtan and Vykas but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 hours.
