TLDR;Hello, heres the thing my guildmate told me that i have to wait for 48hrs if my ticket is gonna get refund but now i still dont get any and hoping posting here in the forums will help me up since it happens like this,
we’re in the middle of doing the black and blue phase when i got dc’d and i also got the error so i was expecting that im gonna get any refund from it but when i get up.
In our discord my mates told me that they gonna wait for me but it takes time to get the game launch took me 5-12mins since i have to launch it twice (1st launch the game not respond so i have to run it again) while waiting for my game they already finished and killed the boss before proceeding.
Now i get back from the game, got back inside the dungeon… I dont get any loots since i wasnt present tried to get the bonus rewards from it but it does nothing I even check my mail have nothing in it, i asked my party to re-create the lobby for gate 2 but seems it needs the gate1 clear but it shows me that my entry count exceeded.
please help me, it stressed me up cuz i missed my vykas run for this week and i only have 1 character to do it.

In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
