Got locked out of a Abyssal Dungeon for the week without finishing it due to Maintenance

So I was in Alaric’s Sanctuary Abyssal Dungeon last night. We beat the first boss and were on our way to the 2nd, when the game closed out, due to maintenance. I kind of forgot that they were doing maintenance so I was pretty bummed but whatever, not a big loss.

However I logged in today, and it says that my weekly entry count is exceeded for this Dungeon. I didn’t get any rewards or anything and was hoping to try to beat this Dungeon for the first time this weekend.

Can I get this reset so I can try the dungeon this week? Or am I basically screwed?

IF you only voted to leave before maintence you would keep ur entrence.

Well nobody had voted to leave, and I don’t think anybody knew of that consequence, or we wouldn’t have been there.

Is this a known issue?

Its here since beta, same thing goes with ghost ship, just entering it makes you locked out for an week.

same. happened to me today. my IGN is LevelsXI and I play on Sceptrum. Please can staff fix this as otherwise I will lose out on loot and want to be able to complete this dungeon. thanks.
