Green class engravings are much more expensive than blue or even purple engravings. Is there a reason for that or is that how its supposed to be? Is there anyway we can have green engravings added to the new vendors or even the PVP vendor?
Not as many bots farming them and selling them.
Casual player (not following guides to be the best, just playing for fun) uses every green the get and only after around blue they start to paying attention to them and only (mostly) using the ones they need, so there’s more of them than green.
And as stated reply above “not many bots farming green”.
Green class engraving books will generally become more expensive as the playerbase progresses higher and higher through T1->T3. This is because in T2 and T3 you don’t get green books anymore from content like abyss dungeons/chaos dungeon/guardian raid.
This also means as the playerbase progresses higher and higher purple books will eventually be very cheap as a larger percentage of people will be running content that gives purple books.
This phenomenon can be seen in other regions where green books are also more expensive than purple books.
If you need green class engravings you can try doing the sidequests in Luterra that give you 20 green class engraving books for free. You can reference this video as a guide: Get Your Class Engraving BEFORE Level 50 - Lost Ark - YouTube
These quests can be done on every character in your roster by the way so the more characters you have the more class engraving books you can get.

thanks for the help! and i guess i didnt realize how much of an impact bots have on our economy. its pretty crazy
It is one of the arguments for not powerpassing a character but instead knowledge transferring. If you powerpass, it auto completes those quests. Knowledge is 600g and then you can still finish up quests for books/silver/whatever. I actually kept my green books because the last two classes were very cheap to purchase on AH. So now If any of the future classes ever get released, I’ll have greens right away(I assume it’ll work on them for general boxes).
Even as a F2P it also comes to saving time. As of last week you could run any of the T3 guardians and sell off the leapstones alone and it would cover 20 books easily. So under 15 minutes for 20 greens. Now everything is odd.
Also to add, there is an event going that supplies the blue and purple engravings, however, no greens. Therefore the T1 (green) have lower supply and more expensive at this point in time.
