The game cleverly allows you to hold the key on some combo skills to do the full action, but on some skills (ground combos like Meteor Swarm) or Stacked skills (Spiral Tracker with Heavy Duty), you need to press the key several times.
I would suggest that for consistency we should have the OPTION to hold the button pressed to do the full skill action.
