Group voting for personal loot

I don’t understand point behind group deciding if I get my loot or not AND lock me out of Argos run for the week. It’s also perfect for trolling, which just happened to me.

Can’t we have personal loot and lock to be decided per player and not per group?

Argos is like that. They fixed it with legion raids.

But maybe AGS should put a warning in front of it: Making bargains with strangers may lead to unwelcomed results. Or sth.
