I have been experiencing game crashes for a while now, they always happen at the end of the raid/dungeon. This results in me not being able to collect the souls/loot. One way I have been able to overcome this is by playing with a premade, this way when I crash and reconnect, the instance is still there and I can claim my loot. This is not ideal however but it is the only way I have been able to play thus far.
Recently however after testing I have found out the exact conditions for the crash. it always happens if the raid has passed the 10 minute mark. I will not crash straight away, but if the time limit in an instance has passed 10 minutes I will be guaranteed to crash at the end. if under 10 min I will never crash.
I have done all the troubleshooting steps, verified files, updated drivers etc. It is not an ISP issue but may be a hardware one. Other users in my household connected to the same WIFI have no issues.
I have tried to contact AGS support but they redirected me to the forums as they are unable to help. I feel like I’m close to a solution and would appreciate any help from someone with more technical knowledge.
