as a guild master i m not able to donate silver for the pass month nor can i do any guild donations pls help

Any update to this? No response since it was reported in May. I am on Una server in NA East and one of my alts is unable to donate to guild starting today. I will be leaving and rejoining like other threads have recommended but this 3 day wait means I’ll lose my bloodstones this week
