So as the Topic says, my Guild Leader is inactive and we barely get Reasearch done have a lot of inactive Characters so rly not much participation, this was the reason i left the first 2 guilds with a reasonable penalty, but 16 Days is TO much, i wanted to start an own Guild cause i met alot of nice players on my journey through Arkesia, i dont want to miss out on the Bonus a Guild Member gets, i want to be in an active community, and im being punished for something i cant do anything about at the moment, you really should consider leaving a Guild gives you 1-3 days punishment and not like a read from other guys up to 31 Days cause they had similiar Problems or just didnt liked the guys they joined in with. PLEASE change this, please dont let me wait 16 Days for trying to create an active Community with nice People together, and dont punish People for getting kicked cause they WERE inactive. Please Help dear Team, i love your work youre doing so far and i love the Game the Devs created but i think this is a serious Problem.

Edit. I was able to contact the Leader and he transfered the lead to me now. Well this doesnt solve the Problem for many others,im aware that there are some topics like mine and the team is aware, would delete this topic if i could
