I have purchased the Guild name change ticket. I enter the new name and it asks to confirm, which I do. Then the prompt closes and nothing else happens, the name stays the same. Entering a taken name prompts “guild name is taken” so I know that is not the issue. There seems to be many others with this issue in the forums.

I am having the same issue with a guild name change I am trying to initiate on Una server.
Character that owns the guild is Syrynn, Guild name is Lotdd which we need changed to Darkmoon.
Tried all of the fixes found on forums with no luck.

Okay guys I have some info to share… go to the following link and you can chat with a live rep. He or She will ask you your IGN, Server, and Region. They will then advise you that they are going to submit a ticket to the developers. All of us need to do this and hope they prioritize the issue because the guild name change wasn’t cheap lol…
