So about 2 weeks ago I purchased a guild name change for my guild. Now when I use it, I followed every guideline as no spaces, 1 capital letter, and below 25 characters. It would act like it was using it but when i entered the name it won’t do anything and I still have the guild name change ticket after it says I changed the name. I was waiting to see if they patched it this update but they didn’t. Anyone else having this issue? All I want to do is change the cringe name my friend gave us (btw I am the leader of the guild now too so I’m truly not sure how this name change is not working)

Did you ever submit a ticket to support and heard back? I am having the same issue and I sent a ticket in yesterday.
I did through live support. As the Support said he will submit this issue to the dev team. So its a waiting game if there gonna tackle this bug.
I have also purchased a guild name change ticket from the cash shop and have attempted a guild name change once per day since. I was hoping maybe it would have been fixed with today’s maintenance but no luck.

One thing that may be of note is that the current guild name does have multiple words separated by a space. I have read elsewhere in the forums that this is supposedly not allowed and the mere fact our guild name is multiple words is also a bug. If so, I think this might have something to do with the issue, assuming the guild name change function works at all in the US version of the game.
Same as above. Bought a GUILD Name Change on the cash shop today and when I enter my single word, there is no indication of anything. After I hit “OK” nothing happens. Is there any fix yet? Or response/alert to the rest of playerbase that this is an issue?
People REALLY should not have to waste ~$30 or more to find out that it is not an actual feature.
I had the same exact issue! Also pretty pissed the name change ticket costs $29 USD, like wtf!? $29 just to change the Guild Name!!! Cmon man. HAD to buy the $50 pack in store, just to get enough crystals for the Guild name change at 2900crystals… smh After all that, then cant even get the change to take?!? FIX THE BUG AND GIVE US OUR CRYSTALS BACK!!!
