I am on Valtan of NAW server. Our guild has completed the Siege event of Mediea Island on 8/1 with second place. But our guild do not receive the bloodstone on weekly reset today.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you got disconnected in the middle of the Siege event.
I understand how frustrating it is to lose the rewards from this due to a connection issue, unfortunately we don’t have a way to grant you the access back to get the rewards manually.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day , and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives. We cannot guarantee that a ticket will be sent in 100% of cases of disconnects.

Its not a disconnection issue. Its about bloodstone reward issue for our guild. We didnot recieve the 200kbloodstone as expected from the GVG event to our guild.

Please check if the raids and dungeons did reset.
If not, we would need to raise a ticket to our devs to try to assist you , also can you please tell the amount of points you received to qualify for the leaderboard?
