We used to be able to use Battlefield Wind in GvE Raid Matches, but now we cannot as it doesn’t show up in the list of Raid Match skills anymore:
It’s been like this for a few patches, I assumed it would be caught by someone else and reported/fixed, but nothing yet so guess it’s my turn to post haha.
It shows up just fine in PvP skill list though for some reason:

The way they code this now seems to reserve the skills if used in either PVP Match or Raid Match - they need to fix the code to that all spells can be used in BOTH, to prevent this reservation that is happening. Before the patch September 7, 2022 - when Guild System changes were made, everything was working appropriately.
@ballkm2 @Centeotl It worked! Unequipped all skills in PvP Skill and Raid Match Skill and then entered some random Raid Match (Rudric) and then clicked “Give Up” and song of escaped out, then all the skills showed up again 
.
Still this bug should be eradicated for good, hopefully the escalation to the team will solve this ^^.
